Welcome to Val’s Cheesecakes, operated by Val’s Desserts & More, LLC (“Val’s Cheesecakes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders

Orders may be placed through our website, by telephone, or in person. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary.

2. Products & Custom Orders

We make cheesecakes and other baked goods. Product images are for illustration purposes, and actual products may vary slightly in appearance. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before submitting an order.

3. Payment

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, Square, and Clover. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount using the payment method provided.

4. Pickup

All orders are pickup only. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the agreed pickup time and location. Pickup instructions will be provided when applicable.

5. No Refunds

All orders are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and accepted, payments are generally not refundable. If there is an issue with an order, please contact us at info@valscheesecakes.com as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

6. Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, peanuts, soy, or other ingredients. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including our name, logos, photographs, graphics, text, and other materials, belongs to Val’s Desserts & More, LLC or is used with permission and may not be copied or used without our permission.
